My music is #instrumental and #electronic (as in, made on a computer, not as in EDM), and has a touch of #classical music. I took #keyboards lessons as a kid, and my favorite instruments (by sound) are #piano and #drums, and I often do #happy upbeat stuff.

I see FAWM as a personal challenge. My first FAWM was 2018.

Are you a vocalist and want me to try adding instruments to your vocal track? Drop me a message.

Hey, thanks for listening to my song "Ursa Major", love your interpretation, now I think about it, it kind of fits for birds documentary haha

Hey Erik! I appreciate the comment on "Us on the ground." The music credit all goes to Nadia, I just sang it. The extra layering was both of our first experience with exporting and importing midi, because I wanted to use my "strings" plugin, so a good learning experience to boot!

Thank you for your comment on "la chauffeur". I don't know if you're still there listening, but... If you're on for more songs in french, I'd be curious of your feeling on "La règle (the rule)". Is it the mathematician part of your selfportrait, as the song is about scientific rules ? Is it the programming part, as it speaks of the organisation of commands ? Or something else ? I'm not sure. But reading your bio got me wondering what would be your feeling with this song.

Cheers Erik! Glad you liked Letters. The alternative alphabets things is fascinating. Some of them - like the Shavian - sound actually really good, but the idea of getting us all to learn something new is mind boggling impossible.

Thank you so much for commenting on "The Archer". I also enjoyed the idea of pairing a baglama with a guitar. I actually never heard of a baglama before but it reminds me a bit of a lute.

Also big thanks for your comment on "Weightless Epiphany". I wrote the instrument first, and I was very curious what lyrics and vocals to get from Chris. So happy he went for the full drama. It's a good match, yes! Happy you enjoyed!

Thanks for commenting on "Earth Calling". I'm glad you liked it (enough to comment)! Linguistics aside it's just a piece of meditation while I did it. No structure, no deeper thought other than my associations to the spring lake of my childhood when I recorded it. It's just a flow of sounds set to the background of the bass, but yes, it's a FAWM song and my goal is to - for once - reach 14 FAWM-songs ;)

thanks muchly for the kind words on 'icy leaves'—in truth, I like the quieter bits better too; might do a more ambient mix for bedtime listening.

I spent about half the engineering time mixing the 8 channels of bells to gradually rise on the right, drift across, and fade from the left, so yes indeed, they are changing all the time.
