Thanks for listening and commenting on "Ordinary Time" - I'm glad you liked it! Ordinary Time is definitely a niche concept for Catholics, so it's not at all surprising that someone who wasn't raised that way would not know about it. I doubt most Catholics do! I just spent a lot of time reading during Mass when I was a kid...

That's clarinet overlaid with Japanese violin, rather than oboe, obvs. (Sharp Like Lemon) I've just looked up how much an oboe would cost now - the previous one was only £14.99 -- they've gone up a bit. I could get a cheaper one -- "just for parts" -- as it's not like I'm going to play it.
