You might think that people have hetero ears where they have one outie and one innie (as due to an injury or accident), but that has been called "irrelevant" and "not what we're talking about."

(Apparently, we're talking about a person's genetic sex, like their chromosomes and stuff. Mind you, a person's genetic sex may be completely opposite from their apparent sex. For instance, a person can be "genetically male" but immune to testosterone. Those people don't grow up looking manly, nor do they look genderless, they look like women as their body can respond to the female hormones their body produces.)

Anyway, while usually a person's two ears will be the same genetic sex -- such as in the case of homo ears -- people with genetic chimerism can have one ear genetically female and the other ear genetically male.

Genetic chimerism is the only way for folks to have true hetero ears.

The fun part of that is that by having hetero ears they are genetically both sexes (even if it doesn't show externally), and that's pretty queer.
