In the present Joe and June have just become a couple. Tilla and Crow sing about the importance of Joe/June getting busy so that they - the future couple - will exist.
June's mom makes a specific family cookie, and that shows that Tilla is descended from the present couple, as that familiar recipe came down through generations.

I had to google what that txalaparta looks like. I like unusual instruments a lot. With the warmth of those lyrics and the gentle melody in the background it makes me feel really comfy. - And crave cookies!
