Walking down these cobbled streets Like moving in a dream The frost has made the pavements shine The bridges are extreme And people pedalling their way to work Blissfully unaware Too sharp a turn exposes The danger lurking there

I hoped for another sun-filled day The sky has second thoughts Up till now there’s only grey But it hasn’t made me cross
