Those are nice changes. I like that bass hit at the top of each verse. The whole song has this nice, heartfelt sweetness to it. When that mandolin(?) comes in, it really lifts the whole part up. The melody at "I still think about you everyday" is really nice as well.

I love the chord progression abs the pace of the lyric

I love how insistent the chord progression is, like Fleetwood Mac's "Dreams." It certainly lends itself the sentiment of the song's unfading memories. Your vocal delivery is sublime. And then the choice to fade out at the end is bold; it's the perfect way to not end an immutable memory. Love it!
