It's eerie, it's immersive, it never quite lets one get comfortable. Very effective in conveying the frustrating surreality that not getting sleep can impart. I'd call it a total success!

This is a rich and impactful soundscape. I've battled with Insomnia for years, but not this kind - this sings to me as the insomnia that comes from the world without and the world within being both a little too busy, rather than what can happen with the mind hanging out its 'Open 24 Hours' sign for no discernible reason.

It's a machine, all right - harsh, metallic, and edged, but it progresses in waves that suggest it's mostly doing what it should, with the occasional accent that gives us cause to question whether we should really be hearing it - are the wheels coming off, or is it just a chaos we can't hope to understand - and understanding it may bring little consolation.

this thing sounds wild. I don't think I'd call it wasting money :)
