I'm getting the game vibes here, but there's also a more "grown-up" feel and depth to the melody. As always, the instrument choices are perfect and the mix is excellent. Another toe-tapper.

So much Japan vibes! Definitely video game or anime-inspired, and I'm here for it. It would have been very comfortably at home in a scrolling shooter like Raiden, maybe some kind of victory music for beating the game! Soaring old-timey synth strings are awesome.

Also reminds me of a sonic soundtracks. like it'd be a theme for tails or something. Probably the general rock influence, major key, and vibrato synth doing that. Good stuff. I'm also reminded of this song "pretty boi" I like by Hey, ily. They're on spotify, I think you'll like them

Maybe there's a happy holdover from the Joyous song but I'm hearing a happiness theme. I really like that melody. It would be interesting to compare this to the final piece that makes the album. A learning experience, I bet. At least for me. Thank you for making me smile this morning.

This gives me eary 90s vibes, like the opening theme to some random long forgotten show that someone else in the house wanted to watch at the time.
