We never think about someone sticking there foot out as you're walking by and there you go taking a tumble, thinking you're a badass! I totally hear you on this one. Great message in the lyrics, and the playful imagery is a great way to deliver it. I find it remarkable how little you spelled out the actual confrontation, because the scene was vivid in my head. Maybe I watch too much violence.

Really like this, a wryly observed lyric and the gentle musical setting supports really well. I used to do martial arts and experienced a few senseis who did preach that the best defence is not to be around when the blows fly, but the truth of the matter is that martial arts does attract a minority of highly insecure people with developmental delays who take the martial element too much to heart. I love the factual statement that 'a brand new blackbelt got his ass kicked tonight' very well done
