Having worked at a dollar store one summer when I was in college, I really feel this! I love that your son wrote the lyrics. Congrats to him! He did a fantastic job, as did you crafting it into a funny and relatable song!

Just churning through the random song dice roll and came across this sweet lil gem. At first, not having read the title, I was assuming it was going to be an homage to Kevin in Home Alone but then loved instead the rant about dollar store being disingenuous! I'm with your 11 year old on this!
