Lyrics

riding around nature the only sound nothin behind you open country bound

riding across rolling hillsides of yesteryear dusty miller speckling the landscape riding on without fear yes you were trigger happy when you were free before they carbon copied everything

when you were free to just be when you were free to just be

blow a kiss to the sunset and tip your hat to the moon light a fire with your last match morning will be here very soon i’m afraid these fading memories they’re not destined to last the sad part about the future is that, it leaves behind the past

under an ocean of stars under an ocean of stars

I like when lyricists use names of plants that are a bit unusual, like Dusty miller. Memories are not meant to last, quite profound.

Thanks @shakedown_jesus and @headfirstonly . Not super happy with this one but onward and upward as they say :)

Love that bass tone. Very catchy and I like the chord changes! This is great. Puts me in a "strutting next to nature" sort of mindset.

Came here because of the title, which feels like the sort of thing Arthur C Clarke would have written. Stayed for the heavy hit of trippy psychedelia and the fab chord progression in the chorus. Most enjoyable!
