SPOKEN WORD WITH MUSIC

Lyrics

Music at this stage of life is abstract Fractured, discordant listless but vibrant Pattern-less patterns blue minors Erratic cadence broken notes lonely ambiance Like Metheny is playing the score of my life His genius revealed in harmonious strife Acidic symphony sweet and malicious Tempestuous nocturne bitterly delicious Picasso is the artist of the moment With his nearly indiscernible imagery He dips his brush in mystery And you have to search for the meaning You have search for the meaning You have to dig and dig and dig for the meaning For the meaning for the meaning

I like the harmonies - suspended midway between crunchy and smooth. Kind of fits with all the ambiguous contradictions in the lyrics: "harmonious strife" etc.

This is so good! Your speaking voice has great command, with just the right edge to it. And it flows so well on top of your track. Cool pick up at about :45 after taking a slight pause. I might like the 2nd half even better than the first. The various instruments that interject throughout are just perfect. I really enjoyed this!

Acidic symphonics, indeed; sweet and malicious. This piece couldn't be tastier. What components have you wrangled into your brilliant concoction?
