I pictured an old home movie reel of a family getting ready to set sail to America. I imagine the fun mugging in front of the camera. Kids frolicking, dad looking distinguished and mother looking somewhat contemplative...somewhat distant to what is happening. It's a bit of apprehension and anticipation. Beautiful piece, Nadia.
