This is a rapped wordplay song with ukulele! How's that?!? (and I'm a fan of the likes of Stephen Sondheim, Tom Lehrer, and others who are great at creative wordplay). A posed theme for a weekly online show I co-host was Juxtaposition. That can encompass many things, but it's normally the putting of two words or concepts or themes side-by-side to contrast them.
