In reading the narrative, what jumped out at me was the way the Chariot card was equivalent to the word “express” in two different meanings. First, the universe was giving you a chance to be a better expression of your essential nature. Second, the forward movement of the express train can be seen as the industrial-age equivalent of the chariot. I set out to write a song based on these ideas.
