A few days ago the National Park Services website scrubbed any mention of the word "trans" from their page on the Stonewall National Monument. https://www.nps.gov/ston/index.htm
We started writing this as soon as we found out, while pages were still being taken down for "maintenance" and the entire website scrubbed away mentions of significant historical figures being part of the trans community.
The mix is rough, aggressive, and weird. But I think this demo expresses the energy we were after.

Rough, aggressive, and weird definitely describes this in the best of possible ways. This is a kick-ass protest song, raw and angry and feels like it's being screamed live through a megaphone. That past verse too, whoa. Great stuff

Oh man, this song cuts deep. As a mom of three trans teens, I hate that this country is doing everything it can to scrub them out. I'm mad as hell, scared as shit, and this song encapsulates all my feelings perfectly. Wonderful collab, you three! I'm screaming along alongside you!

i really enjoy how raw this is. it’s a perfect protest song. i hate that a song like this needs to be written in 2025 but you did an amazing job here. love the aggression
