I've been very inspired by artists like High Contrast so I wanted to challenge my self by trying do some sampling this year. I chopped up a bunch of John Barry tunes and "The Guv'nor" was the result. Could be fun if someone added some vocals or rapped over the top.

First off: WOW what a great intro. As @citizin said it's a bit of James Bond, but in modern ways. I absolutely see some bars here. Maybe ask @steve_poet ? He did a similar song with a mutual SoundCloud friend about two years ago.

James bond remixed! Awesome stuff 😀 The drums go so hard under those iconic brass stabs! And I dig the contrast between that and the more chill verse with the suspenseful endings.
