I am a little hedgehog I watch as the clouds in the sky move at a ferocious speeds

Why can't my tiny feet scurry just as fast? (No, they can't)

And even though sometimes I feel so small and scared, like I have no way to shape my own happiness,

then I see a cloud, and right on me it drops a dark and heavy raindrop yum-yum!

Oh, how lovely, so lovely, when I get to fill my belly! Oh, how lovely, so lovely, tiny spines are all a-quiver! A satisfied hum in the forest rings, oh-oh!

And though I am a hedgehog, just a hedgehog, I like to think that there must be a reason things are just the way they are.

That maybe my feet aren’t made to run so fast, so the raindrops can find me oh yeah!

mut sitten nään pilven ja mun kohdallein osuu oikein tumma ja märkä sadepisara nam-nam

ihana niin ihanaa kun vatsansa täyttää saa ihanaa niin ihanaa pienet piikit vipattaa tyytyväinen hurina metsässä soi, oi-oi!

Ja vaik mie oon siili, pelkkä siili niin aattelen, et kai se on syystä että hommat on näin

et siksei mun jalat niin täysiä ravaa että pisarat löytää mut voi, ou jee!
