Ok, you know the story how Dolly Parton wrote "I Will Always Love You" and "Jolene" in the same day? Well, neither of the songs I've written today can touch either of those, but in my own way, I've pulled a Dolly with both "Long As It's You" (https://write.fawm.org/songs/314662#c339222) and now this one!
Bonus bc as mentioned in the notes for "Long As It's You," I'd never written a song about my wife, and now I've written two!
I was working on "Long As It's You" when I put a pin in it when this whole-ass new song popped into my head and insisted on being written, so bob's your uncle, "Get Thru."

Love the tagline and that rocking fuzz guitar. The bridge fits so nicely and leads naturally into the verse, then that lo-fi guitar solo keeps the vibe going. Great stuff! Love the handclaps throughout turning into applause at the end.
