Sheilerk: This was a prompt from @dudachris. I went with his list of words: Astounding, Madness, Timeslip, Dimension, and Sensation, as well as a few words from a Lyric Cloud from the Muse. Thanks, Chris. It was fun.

DudaChris: There were some awesome sets of lyrics in this skirmish so I knew early on I'd want to have some fun. Wanted to lean into the new found abilities on logic like my other song Cactus Bar II and into the themes of this by making it sound "spacey, dimensional and echoey." I think this was achieved. It was a fun project for sure; thanks Sheila!

I was rising from my bed Diaphanously gowned. It felt as if I'd touched a cloud As my toes reached for the ground.
It seemed a bit disturbing Was I still within my dream? Or an alternate dimension Through a portal yet unseen?

I tried to look around the room, But the room had disappeared In it's place an astounding sight emerged as my vision cleared.
I had the strange sensation That I'd been here once before, Perhaps another Timeslip Had opened up that door.

The lyrics create such a vivid and dreamy atmosphere—feels like stepping right into a sci-fi adventure.

This is a really great take on the prompt, love the narrative! You managed to use all the words on the list without it feeling too much like a nod to Rocky Horror. Well done!

MMmm this is fun!! We had a great collab last year; would you be open to me having fun with some midi keys and creating a fun sounding experiment with these lyrics? Something more like my song Cactus Bar from this year, but more spacey, dimensional and echoey ?

A nice take on the Time Warp concept. The lyrics put me in that state of waking from a dream, or still in it. Then take it to the realm of fantasy and space travel. I love songs that feature the word Diaphanously.

NIce song, sure illustrates the time warp prompt. The mechanical sounds, counting out the time warp, loved the whispering components. Kept my interest to the end. Lots of experimentation and fantastic sounds.
