Saw the skirmish prompt right after posting the song, so I won't tag this a skirmish but I will tag the prompt.
Lyrics
Hungry Hounds with eyes like dinner plates watch them salivate watch them watch you hideous hounds with a taste for tragedy a poisonous energy a wanton want you
Hounds! they’re all over the grounds you’re not safe or sound if they see you, gonna wanna eat you gotta place to keep you, gonna wanna beat you gonna knock you down
Cretinous Creeps with grubby grabby hands they’ll wrap’em round your neck and stick’em in their pants Cretinous Creeps with a flair for foulness a fleshy acridness a nastiness, those
Creeps! they’re all over the streets they’ll treat you like meats if they see you, gonna wanna eat you gotta place to keep you, gonna wanna beat you gonna knock you down
afraid of ridicule, armed with anger wanna be dangerous, gonna make a fuss
wanna be a big man, stalk- or kill- or keep-man if you see him better run, he’s armed with a gun mama’s bad boy, what have you done?
Hungry Hounds with eyes like dinner plates watch them salivate, watch them watch you hideous hounds with a lust for lechery a wannabe pessary, they’ll forever be
Hounds! they’re all over the grounds you’re not safe or sound if they see you, gonna wanna eat you gotta place to keep you, gonna wanna beat you gonna be a
Creep! they’re all over the streets they’ll treat you like meats if they see you, gonna wanna eat you gotta place to keep you, gonna wanna beat you gonna knock you down

Definitely gets my vote as the best lyricist I've seen on FAWM Cyndy. Great to equate hounds and creeps - two of my most loathed items in the universe nicely brought together in a brilliant song. " a wannabe pessary, they'll forever be" my favourite line. fabulous.
Woah. Fast singing, great lyrics, definitely meets the prompt.
great vocal with all the voices. full of energy with that fast pace , I guess to keep ahead of those hounds.
Loving those ensemble vocals in the chorus! Your voice is lovely as always, those harmonies are great. How did you absolutely slay those rapid fire vocals?? This is so great!
Great rhythms in the lyrics! I love how this song combines an infectious energy with dangerous lyrics. Really cool work
@anthonykapfer lol thanks for letting me know - I have reuploaded the full song now. funny because it does have an abrupt ending, but that was the wrong one.
Your lyrics are spectacular and your rapid pace delivery of them knock it out the park! I love those vocal layers harmonies. Your use of language and the images you create are phenomenal. Great response to prompt!
this is so great! i love the lyrics. “creeps. they’re all over the streets. they’ll treat you like meats…” that’s a standout line for me. but does this recording cut off before the end? it seems abrupt (which i thought was intentional at first) but there seems to be a bunch of lyrics there that we never get to on the demo. if there’s more i would love to hear it! edit ok i don’t know if it was just a problem on my end before but i see now the demo is 30 seconds longer and i heard the end! yes!! love this one one more edit just saw your comment! glad i’m not going crazy. i liked both abrupt endings but i like the real one more!
This might be the most interesting song I've heard this fawm, Cleverly and diabolically written. I Love the doubled vocals and the OaOs. The style of this and the rhythm, with the rapid fire uke thrums..l really just love it. Whodathunk. Not my usual favorite subject matter, lol!
Wow what a catchy wild matter of fact report in song you just popped out! Yeah that double sentence cadence perturbs in the most ticklish manner- gotta place to keep you gonna wanna beat you And both hilarious and horrifying:
hideous hounds with a lust for lechery a wannabe pessary, they’ll forever be
Deceptively light with a catchy rhythm. I enjoy the double-voice for emphasis.
The end of the (choruses? The Hounds! and Creeps! stanzas) I so dig the (is it a shift from major key to minor, or are you maybe leveraging the edge of non-chord tone 7ths?) – whatever the method, it's incredibly effective
