YES! Vocals. Super cool and different for you. I hope I inspired some leaps. I love the blue jay sample but might be worth stepping back a bit. Man when your vocals and that cool melody come back in it really hooks me. I think I'll listen three more times.

Fam, the first time the bluejay showed up I almost blasted coffee onto my keyboard. I LOVE IT!
I also dig the repetition of some of the words in the chorus. That's a tool I always forget is available when songwriting. Words can be words, but they can also serve as sounds that support the melody. Nice work!
