Du fühlst dich wie ein Blatt im Wind, verloren, allein, ausgeliefert, ausgesetzt, machtlos und klein. Doch die innere Stimme, die das sagt, gehört deiner Angst, sie kennt nur das, was dich erschreckt, nur das, wovor du bangst.

Du fühlst dich wie ein Blatt im Wind, das matt zu Boden sank. Du siehst nicht mehr, was du vermagst und was dir schon gelang. Spür den neuen Hauch der Lebenskraft, die deinen Namen rief? Die klare Luft füllt deine Lunge. Atme frei und atme tief.!

Nun breite deine Flügel aus und flieg mit dem Wind! Er leiht dir seinen frischen Schwung, falls deine Stärke mal zerrinnt. Und fürchte dich nicht vor der Einsamkeit - ich fliege neben dir. Wir hinterlassen die Vergangenheit und sind im Jetzt und Hier.

Tell me what is bothering, upsetting and tormenting you. Don't think that your longing and your will do not count! Even if not every dream that motivates and moves you is fulfilled, our dreams are the stuff from which we mould what supports us!

Now spread your wings and fly with the wind! It will lend you its fresh energy if your strength should ever dissipate. And do not be afraid of loneliness - I will fly beside you. We leave the past behind and are in the here and now.
