I've heard of a lot of your stuff; another solid entry :) always really like (and very jealous of) your voice.
Just a wild observations but I wonder if maybe this song was written starting with lyrics and then a melody was made atop of that? That certainly works but I think maybe doing it the other way around would be cool, i.e. finding the melody that really pops and stands out and then writing the lyrics to fit the melody. OR maybe you're already doing it that way? I dunno, just sharing my thoughts!
