The melody came to me instantly, the rest took about 30 minutes to work out. The lyrics seemed juuuust barely coherent enough to seem worth transcribing. I wish I had time to get a better take.

The switch in that last line from the expected "you can count on me" to "I can count on you" is fun. Makes me wonder what the protagonist is really up to...
