I don’t want to suggest that all I hear in your music is 90s indie sensibilities (there’s so much more!), but this reminds me of Space - who I really love because of their rock solid songwriting. That squelchy groove is great - Of course it works great like this but I can hear that as the intro to a pop song. Very nice.
