Never Hear The End

Liner Notes
Big thanks to @makessense for the lyrics, who I was paired with in the random collaboration challenge. I asked for something along the lines of how I get frustrated with those who wield great wealth and power, and I am very pleased with how it turned out.
Lyrics
It’s quite sobering that the man gets drunk The fact he can drive while I’m all but sunk I’ve known a thing or two so my vote’s out My conscience is alive when I’m thrown out
We take it slow while they get up on speed Can take from us what they then make us need I’d break the flow if I could try again My aching head is trapped in a pig pen
If this speaks to you then do speak again Never let em have it, never hear the end If I’m over the hill, you’re round the bend Never let em have it, never hear the end
The assembly line aristocracy never ever seemed quite all right to me Oligarchy and the hypocrisy Drink from an assassin’s cup greedily
Never let em have it, never hear the end Never let em have it, never hear the end

What a good antsy lyric and I love the delivery, has a Tom Verlaine feel in those guitars! I’ve um! Great collab.
Glad to have worked with you!
The frustration is plentiful and pours through the track generously. You've certainly captured a good portion of the world's sentiment here. Mission, mightily accomplished.
Another great collab resulting from this challenge. I hear the angst and frustration in the lyrics and music both. Big fan that you used the electric guitar here and took a quite minimal chord progression. This really suits the vibe.
