Really like the air in this one, lots of space while the guitar plays over it!

Lovely atmosphere. It feels to me like going outside and taking a series of deep breaths.

Feels like an ascent in the fog towards a dawn sky. While the illuminated vapours caress my face, I keep looking up, arms stretched out to touch the sunlight. Only real-time recordings allow that kind of enthusiasm and wonderment. Thanks for that great journey!

I very much appreciate the one-take-no-overdubs and frippertronics approach. I like the tone on both guitars, the background ambient swirling sounds, and the excellent timing and phrasing of the lead guitar.

Nothing like the real-time manipulation of actual effects pedals, IMHO. Really great sound wash here. The looped guitar is like someone playing in a distant room of an abandoned hotel. Nice ascent here, as the title says. Somehow joyous and hopeful.

This is a beautiful #frippertronics piece, Chris. When that lead guitar comes in around the 1:30 mark, it brings this to a whole other level. Wow. Just so beautiful!
