Love the 3/4 timing in this song. As always, gorgeous guitar and vocals. I really like the short line lengths. Really nicely played and recorded instrumental break!! I also like your use of repetition on the last line in your verses. It is nice how open these lyrics are, so the listener can insert themselves in the narrative. Such a beautiful message and song!

I love the simplicity of “you get better the more you do,” because it’s true. The verse “words may be left excluded are never muted” is also a simple but powerful one. I love the waltzy guitar on this too!

oh, i totally wasn't expecting the double tracked guitars at the one minute mark - what a great touch. there is a quiet confidence in your guitar playing that creates a nice contrast with your understated vocals. what a lovely song :)
