I love the sound of the bouzouki! Great collaboration! I really enjoyed the tune you gave it! -Natalie
First zouk I can remember hearing on FAWM - nicely done musicating this ecological lyric, if only so many species weren't on the same edge of extinction.
What a great collab! As always a great true story told by Jane, and now with this fabulous music and voice. Thanks both of you for a wonderful song.
That's wonderful, Daniel! Perfect to use an unusual instrument for a country with different musical traditions. I see you improved the lyrics in a few places and made it easy to spot a couple more I need to work on (I find it hard before there's a tune). Thank you so much!
Great collaboration; the traditional-sounding minor/modal bouzouki works really well for this topic. and it's excellent to have an optimistic story about species decline.
I love that bouzouki's sound! A perfect setting for a good story.
I showed up for the good news, stayed for some fine bouzouki play - don't believe I've crossed paths with one here. Sounds great - had a nice meditative flow with the progression and vocal melody. And the lyrics brought us a nice slice of good news. I wasn't aware of the birds plight, but I am glad to hear that "they've pulled through!"
Yay! Some good news! And presented in such an interesting and enjoyable way! Wonderful collab, both of you!
