This quickly written, #acousticonetake started as a jokey message with a friend 2 days ago. She told she had come out of hospital with "vicious, dark circles on my face". I suggested it was a great name for an album. Then I decided to write the title track for the album.

Great title and I like the late night jazzy feel (although that mood is actually improved by the slightly unsettling tension you add to it). It might be dark, but it's effective... I agree with Graham, I could see this as Grinning Scarecrows song 😊

Definitely Grinning Scarecrows material. Nice guitar work. Like it. This would sound good with double bass and congas, possibly some muted trumpet too.

That's a keeper. Possibly my favourite song of yours from this FAWM. Great chords progression. The melody is very catchy and the lyrics are superb. Well done.
