Gorgeous chordal movements, and really liking the exploration of harmonic minor, especially in your vocals. It builds so well, with a relaxed reflective pace to match. The sombre clarinet breaks are a real highlight for me. And another apocalyptic themed song, sounds like you might have a concept album coming on!

This is beautiful and haunting, the track flows really well. Agree with Ad, you really do remind me of John Grant :)

Back in the 80s, a bit of a one hit wonder - Black - had a superb synth pop song Wonderful Life. This is like an evocation of what should have been its follow up.

There's a David Bazan quality to this one, and not just your voice. Mournful to the point of seeming betrayed.

Love that slight wobble in the arpeggios, there's a dream-like vibe to this one that fits perfectly with the mysterious vibes in the lyric. Lovely stuff! And I really liked the other #apocalypse one too, I just couldn't resist that comment, sorry 😅

Lovely. It has that sort of downbeat synth-pop thing going on that you get from John Grant sometimes. The lyrics are bleak, but captivatingly so.

Love a bit of tuned percussion, that first verse with just your vocal and the xylo(?) sounds great, and love the introduction of the woodwind and pad that follows. Love the way that the arp transitions between different instruments/synth sounds throughout, really cool. Vocal is fantastic on this and a great lyric even if it is sadly devoid of emus

Holy crap. This acts like a sort of a lyrical, ecological, non-anthropocentric refutation of ‘God Only Knows’. It’s crazy good. I love how effortlessly the melody sounds in the unsettling harmonic territories you’ve discovered.

This is great! Those vocals are so dang smooth and crooning, the scale you chose is moody and intriguing, and the instrumentation is built up so nicely.
