I have absolutely no idea what this flyer is trying to get at, even following some comprehensive internet searching. Ironically, I was so keen not to have to tag this 'NSFW', I changed "a*shole" to "behind" but forgot to think of a rhyme that didn't involve "fisting". So it is now thus tagged.
