Anyone who has seen someone they love suffer from PTSD knows that the signs of it are always in the eyes, the eyes go to a far away place like the famous picture of a soldier from the Vietnam War. The Thousand Yard Stare 
This will likely be my last song for this year's FAWM so I thought I would revisit this subject that i experienced recently with a loved one.

Oh this is so moving. I would have jumped to sing this for you! "And the look on her face was as empty as the grave That she crawled from the night before" These lyrics are heartbreaking as so many have suffered silently in these shoes, thru war, thru trauma of all kinds. This is a haunting and stunning composition @daveyboy103 Be still my heart.
