Four Seasons Boudoir

Liner Notes
For the #lanadelrey song title challenge, based on a randomly generated title. "Four Seasons Boudoir" made me think of the time Tr*mp team infamously had to hold a press conference in the Four Seasons Landscaping parking lot. And Rudy Giuliani's melting hair dye debacle 🤣 Second verse is obviously about the elongated muskrat and how he will (I hope) become a fall guy just like Giuliani
Also for the #ghostwriter challenge. If I had time I would do parodies of all my female pop faves before I can't sing alto anymore. (I know Lana is corny as hell but I love her judicious use of reverbbbb)
Lyrics
You were so straight-laced, baby You were the man cleaning up New York No more peep shows, baby Just 60ft screens on the Times Square walk
You’re a new kind of dirty Or the oldest kind that has ever been Filling up your pockets, baby American business still sells skin
You were at the 4 Seasons Landscaping parking lot You were at the 4 Seasons Landscaping parking lot
I was at the 4 Seasons Boudoir You’re America’s mayor but I don’t know what for Crying like the dye running down your hairline You want America white like my Barefoot white wine
I was at the 4 Seasons Boudoir Waiting for Justice but she didn’t show Crying like the dye running down your hairline Let America die, let me drink my white wine, white wine
Let me drink my white wine
You’re so dark maga, baby Emerald mines and a fascist spin You had a mean old daddy And everything you do is all for him
You’re a new kind of evil Or the oldest kind that has ever been Filling up your pockets, baby It’s all about money for banal men
You were at the Capitol One Arena at the capital You were in the Capitol One Arena at the capital
I was at the 4 Seasons Boudoir You were evading Immigration for sure Lying like finasteride on your hairline You want America white like my Barefoot white wine
I was at the 4 Seasons Boudoir You said your heart goes out, but it didn’t show Lying like finasteride on your hairline While America dies, let me drink my white wine
Oh say can you see (Let me drink my white wine) Oh say can you see (Let me drink my white wine, white wine)
You’re gonna lose your baby America can’t put out no more You can squeeze finite money From the unemployed and the working poor
And you’re gonna lose your daddy He’ll use you up and he’ll drop you quick A cigar in his ashtray But America loves a deathwish
Standing at the 4 Seasons Landscaping parking lot Standing at the 4 Seasons Landscaping parking lot
I was at the 4 Seasons Boudoir Watching men line up like dominoes to fall And lie like the finasteride on their hairlines They want America white like my Barefoot white wine
I was at the 4 Seasons Boudoir Waiting for Justice but she didn’t show Crying like the dye running down their hairlines Let America die, let me drink my white wine, white wine
Oh say can you see Let me drink my white wine, white wine Oh say can you see Let me drink my white wine

Bwahahahahaha! NAILED IT. Great lyrics, great impression, great.
I love this, it's disarming while also packing a punch! Excellent work.
This is so insidious, in a good way. I like how you use that almost falsetto-ish vocal color.
Fabulously sung non fiction, and the song construction Lana style vocals are bang on! Judicious reverb indeed!
This is hilariously well done. The LDR vocal and lyrical style make a perfect twist for the absurd/true story. I particularly like the way you set up the refrains.
This is SO funny (what bradbrubaker said!) I just love this especially as that whole 4 Seasons thing was incredibly weird/hilarious and surely worth a song - this one!
