I can't shake the feeling that somebody, somewhere has written this before...a feeling that is completely in line with the subject.
(I've had a week of feeling anywhere between sick and just "off", and thought my FAWM might be over, but can't quite quit yet. š )

The people in the other chairs are named for what they do Like Miner or Old Vagrant, Perky Waitress number two And no one finds it odd that their positions are the same Whenever party members make their way back here again

In time, they move along to find another source of news Another stable, one more shop, a stranger giving clues In their minds, we just exist so they have facts to learn Idealistic solipsism hits on every turn.

So strange that NPC's could be aware of their status. At least till one breaks through the disguise and says, "My name is Bartender."

You should check out Viva La Dirt League and their 'Epic NPC Man'. This is so Greg, except he is a garlic farmer, not a bartender. Love this song, it sums up NPC life quite perfectly.
