it is easier to admit you were lied to than to admit you were wrong (and it's a good place to start)

Liner Notes
Last year I started out my first FAWM with covid, and this year I'm ending my FAWM with a stomach bug. The covid was definitely worse, but the procrastination + sick combo hit me in a different way.
This track I've had done-ish since 2/5, but I don't know what to do with it. I never ended up writing lyrics, so it's just an instrumental jam track. Drums were definitely my favorite part, but the keys were also fun.

Hope your bug bugs out fast. This is a really cool and interesting piece of music, quite a head trip with the tempo and mood changes.
This has a great title! The vibe is very chill and the tempo change is a fun surprise.
Oooh, so glad you posted this one. It feels like just the unwind relax, I needed after the frenetic FAWM end - wait then it switches up and sounds like my last ten hours of rifling through every voice memo and slamming them all up there. Then it’s like a heated discussion betwen my “hey, this year let’s just put stuff out that’s kind of sort of doneish” and the other screaming five year old yelling “people need these scraps. They are depending on MEEEEEEEEE” Maybe there are different little sublyrics that could fit here. Sort of like what @nancyrost did in her Half of Fourteen https://write.fawm.org/songs/317075 she called it a #seedcake If you found you wanted help with part of the lyrics, I’d be happy to listen harder to your seashells and throw spaghetti against the nautilus chamber walls.
