For the first time in 20 years, I forgot it was FAWM. But I can pull off a cowboy waltz in 20 minutes.
So I did.
My Best Beloved saves my life every single day. Without her I would be dead in a ditch. Or maybe things wouldn't even be that good.
First draft, I had to stop and cry so often I didn't even try to splice it together. Second draft only needed one splice.
In my defense, I am on hormone replacement therapy which makes me excessively emotional. In my truth, that isn't really the reason now is it?

I really love this. I love this idea of singing to a photo, singing to your one in the frame! Evoking the mystery of the star stuff beginnings all the way to the present. So nice and sweet. These are so heart-felt and they really touched my heart too. Especially the fourth set of lyrics which felt like it was talking about me and my partner, (but of course it ain't!) but so universal like any great song. Thank you so much for sharing this beautifully written song. And your voice is so soothing. I enjoyed hearing it as well.
