this had me dancing in my seat while listening - really catchy melody - very enjoyable to listen to, plus a nice story-line to follow. great song!

dunno why I don't think I'd ever have thought to rhyme 'smile' and 'denial' but there ya go.
nicely done. the imagery is very country, and the lyric feels simple and obvious, but looking back, it ain't so simple.
this hillbilly approves.

I enjoy doing these since @ductape put up all the progressions a few fawms ago. This has that classic feel that those progressions give, but it has a fresh sound as well. Nice song.m

Really nice vocal on this, T.C. The song is definitely aligned with the challenge...hurt but not whiney. Tasty guitar work as well.
