I made myself take last night off of writing and decided to play a video game. It didn't go well. Twice. The original language was less family friendly.
Any guesses what the game was? I give a bit hint...

I was planning to comment that the ending needed a rage quit. Banging a guitar to bits agains the wall. But that noise was a enough, i'll give you a pass. And no real guitar were hurt, so that was good too. Fun song!

Haha, of the three of us PBs, I'm not the megagamer, I do play the odd thing - I'm not a rage quitter, but I can appreciate a good song. I really enjoy the chorus especially, the spikey chords matching the energy of the words - I like your delivery and playing, would love to hear a full band version :)

Nice guitar part in the verse and the chorus has a cool hook. And another set of lyrics I can related to. Like it.

Flipping creepers!! This is fantastic, I think I need to take some time off for Minecraft too lol.
The whole thing is awesome but the catchiness and intensity of the chorus stand out to me. So great 👏

Video game songs always tickle me. I love this! The hook is so catchy and bouncy while staying intense. Fantastic storytelling too!

I like this term, rage quit. I’m going to incorporate it into my most trying times. Like I’ll rage quit weaving or trying to play music to a metronome. It’s fun and unique this tune! And yes dunno the video game you speak of!

I wish my son would rage-quit some of the video games that make him scream at the screen, but he just keeps hanging in there. ;) I like your concept here and the short, sharp strums on the chorus. That worked really well!
