Elizabeth Petty has allowed me to partner with her lyrics thirteen times as of today's contribution to FAWM. Her words deal gently and insightfully with the human condition and that's what attracts me to them. Today's song is further demonstration of her skills.

Great song here. The lyrics paint a beautiful picture for a better world, and the soft melodic accompaniment and performance wonderfully captures them. I really enjoyed it.

Well that's a mantra we all should take heed of....for sure! "Switch channels to something welcoming".Great lyric Liz.. The orchestration is spot IMO opinion to move the narrative forward. Solid vocals and production Paul AND i may add some very fine guitar finger pickin'..I need to practice more after hearing this.

Aww, this is beautiful! Liz always delivers such awesome well built lyrics and these thoughtful and important words are a perfect example! Liz delivers the good stuff every time! And Paul has met the challenge so well by turning these powerful words into a lovely song! The music is perfect and the vocals just the right balance of tenderness and power!
