I like how the sounds interact with the voices. The "why not" starts feeling like an abstract rhythm after a while, but once that low buzzing horn starts up, it phases back to being a slightly desperate human voice.

Oooh so dark and spooky and almost industrial but also very soothing but also mildly terrifying. This is cool as hell.

Neat noodling: the rumblings set up a nice rhythm in the absence of 'traditional' percussion, with a vibrant contrast when the brassy synth comes in. Like the ferry horns (?) and myriad sonic scrapes too. 👏

Ooo, I haven't seen either of those films but might have to follow the rabbit holes because now I'm curious. I like the tempo of this, like clock hands spinning in a dimension where either time is accelerated or perception is slowed. Lots of cool layers, very trippy.
