Spooky and ominous. That formant-shaped synth at 0:18 made me jump. It's perfect sound design; if ever there was a sound to evoke someone running out of air, that would be it.

Very creepy, I love it! Really interesting shift at 1:36 with the higher-pitched sounds combined with the piano. I would have never thought to put those together but it creates a really cool effect!
