I often know what I should do The problem is I can’t get through To that stubborn side of me I keep a list of flaws I show They’re obvious for all to know Except for that stubborn side of me
Payments due but never sent Notices from government Procrastination is a theme Healthy habits unrealized Lost chances to apologize Don’t get through to the stubborn side of me
Should I write myself a letter? Send myself a text? If only to be ghosted by myself I show me no respect
What can I do? Who can I call? Maybe post myself a meme It’s sad but true, I just can’t get through To that stubborn side of me

Bloomin' hec - have we met? I know we haven't but you've just written a song about me lol. Great lyrics and instantly relatable. Sorry but I laughed all the way through as it is such a reflection of myself, but great piece of work.
