Welp....I was innocently going along thinking today would not be focused on getting #14 up, but maybe listen a bit - and practice some of what I've written (I've got a songwriter showcase coming uo in March, and I thought I might play this year's FAWM songs exclusively 😳 - so I guess I better "learn" them...)

But I came upon a russkeys tune I was about to hit play on, and saw it was tagged #fakeit , and I wasn't sure what that was, so I used the handy FAWM search bar, and found metalfoot's forum post where it was explained..and my morning changed direction a bit (and I learned about Fake Books, and stuff, too)

Well, it sounded kind of fun - so I gave it a go - looking at it as "How would it have sounded, had I written it" So, I probably should have gone though it a few more times before I hit record... but, well, I didn't 😆 (I think it's a pretty fair representation of what I was aiming at though) Now, I'm looking forward to finding some other versions. ...and yes, I am aware of the irony of "winning" FAWM on this particular challenge... #acousticonetake #challenge
