2025: Hi again! This year I'm hopeful once more to finish some of my favorite song seeds lurking on my phone notes. Last year I completed a ton of collabs and challenges and had so much fun! But I may have to take those a bit easier this time. I don't love the feeling when I leave loose ends dangling and feel like I let people down on the ones I did not complete.

Oooh! I recently started sharing acoustic covers and originals on my YouTube page. That has been a fun new adventure. http://www.youtube.com/@savannahrogersmusic ............... 2024: *** Just released my first album of cover songs Feb. 23! ❤️🎉 *** https://savannahrogers.hearnow.com/ Homeschool mom of five in Phoenix AZ, USA. I love singing, I'm learning guitar, and I've been writing songs for about two years now. Member of NSAI and AZ Songwriters Association. This is my second year at FAWM.

I published my first couple of cover songs out into the world on all the platforms, under the name Savannah Rogers. Here's my link at Amazon Music: https://music.amazon.com/artists/B085724SZH?ref=dm_sh_HYdLFKfyajwTugiB6lsYba9gU

Now I’m starting to learn Band in a Box and Garage Band. I love this community of encouraging, fun artists!

Hi @savvyaz ! Thanks for the listens and the comments. Yes we were indeed together when we did those songs. Long distances collabs still confound me sometimes.

How sweet of you :)! I still have that Song in my mind from time to time, like it a lot. I hope I have time to listen to everything that I missed before March is over

Hi, tysm for the comment on I Don't Go Outside Anymore. Yeah, that's my profile picture! Thank you 🤎

@tezzin

Thanks for those thoughts on "Oblivion" and it's so-far missing chorus. That's a good angle to consider!

my output isnt much compared to what people accomplish in everyday jobs. i get up a 5am, write a song, prepare my daughter for school. record the song, spend a few hours listening and commenting on other songs, and at noon i write and record another song. schools out at 3, and the rest of the day i spend with my daughter . she goes to bed at 8, and i read until 10

im so glad you like our state of the heart album. i made it this february with my collaborators at fawm. it is the sixth one we have made. i hope you will be on the next one. i have just been discovering how versatile your talents are. when i met you in rocktober i thought you were pretty new at music, with a simple, honest approach and a lovely singing voice. Now I realize you are an excellent singer with sophisticated tastes. i have listened to your christian album several times and find it very edifying. and your original songs are very accomplished as well. so your liking the state od the heart colume 6 means a lot to me. thank you,

Hi! Quick thank you for your comment on the Delta corpse, but I also wanted to say that I tried going to the link you provided for your YouTube channel, and it didn't seem to work! But when I searched your name there, this one came up, so here is the link if you want to switch it out so others can find you :)

Thanks for commenting on the morph challenge and for noticing that I sampled the guitar and vocals from the previous song. I guess I took it literally that I had to use 50% of the previous song and since I didn't want the lyrics and I'm not a good guitar player. . .

@debs

Did I really mispronounce it? NOOOOOOOOO!

Thanks for dropping in and taking the time to leave a comment on Slow Bombs. The Clarice? Well in the dream there was an old man looking up the values of antiques on the internet. One thing he was particularly interested was a yellow vase by the designer Clarice Cliff. But because everything in the house the vase had got "soft" (dream logic!?) so he was worried it would be worthless. ALL of which is really hard to get into a couple of lines. Sorry it was a bit mysterious! Thanks again!

Hi, @savvyaz! So great to see you here! (What took me so long?) I have some exploring to do on your page. Thanks for the comments on Vintage Vinyl. I posted the lyric as a Multi-Collab, and @pattie was the first to post her song. What fun! I'mm glad you liked it and let us know.

I'm a pastor who moonlights as a musician who moonlights as a math teacher? LOL

Thanks for the love on Where is My Cape :)

ive been listening to your covers album on spotify a couple times while working this morning. it is very comforting and inspirational. i remember some of the songs from the days when i was preaching on street corners.

[avatar]

Thank you for the listen (ALL the listens!) I have uploaded the oracle card on my song Don't Forget :)

Hell yeah, solidarity! I'm really glad you identified with my song. I mean, not glad that you had those experiences because they sucked, but still! We can hold ourselves superior for having brains and standards. Lololol.

[avatar]

thank you for listening to my album, working on the next one now that i think you might like better, as it deals more with heavenly matters than earthly ones.

[avatar]

Thanks so much for reaching out! I have sent you an email about a collaboration idea! Blessings!

[avatar]

Hey there! Thanks for following! I have returned the favor and THEN I went listened to several tunes of “Covered In Love” on Apple Music! Oh my goodness girl! You sing beautifully! Is that you playing piano on most of those? Anyway, really enjoyed listening to your music! Hope I get to hear some of your creations here and I’m always up for a collaboration! Blessings!

@sbs

Hi Savannah! I see you're a member of NSAI, AZ chapter. I just rejoined NSAI. When I was in Las Vegas, I'd joined the AZ chapter (no Vegas chapter anymore) and I still get emails about meetings. Might have to peek in. Hope you have a great FAWM!
