I started with music and mood and tried to find words that fit. I guess “turtle on” is like putting one foot in front of the other.

The dirge like backing and vocal bring out the narrator's suffering. Then the brighter chorus gives us (and him) some hope. PS I just posted a late entry to your catting and dogging skirmish.

We both used turtles! Yeah! I can use this in my Scuba Diving teaching too...everyone just TURTLE ON! :)
