This Galaxy Is Too Large for the Two of Us

Liner Notes
Emplate: I visited my good friend's @vulpesastralis new and glorious Dolby Atmos home studio yesterday, and we crafted this little piece. Or rather, I noodled some senseless guitar stuff and Vulpes Astralis crafted the track with their production wizardry. I also managed to talk them into registering on FAWM while we were at it! >:)
Also, looks like it's a FAWM win for me! Yay!
Vulpes Astralis: First collab in my new studio, yay! Also have a MP4+JOC Atmos mix for this, but unsure on how to share.
This is my first entry in FAWM. 🤘🏻🦊

The opening is very cinematic to my ear, and then Dream Theater shows up. I guess they get tired and drift away. Very cool ending.
The opening ambience is so glorious! It's menacing, impending, haunting...and then the guitar melody on top of that just amplified it. Also the "senseless" guitar stuff fitted just perfectly to that place, giving us some higher climax before descending away. Beautiful! Also, @vulpesastralis welcome to FAWM, this is incredible debut!
I would be so nice to get to listen to a well-made Atmos song, haven't had the chance yet.
This is very cool, could imagine how it could work in a soundtrack, too.
When the distorted guitar came in, I was getting Halo vibes! Finish The Fight! Definitely epic, very cinematic. The mysterious ending is a nice touch of cosmos too.
Wow! Such an expansive sound! The hashtags caught my attention. I was curious how ambient, metal, and synthwave could be combined. It's impressive how epic this tune is clocking in at just 2.5 minutes!
This sounds MASSIVE. Especially love the guitar and bass tones in here. Awesome performances and mixing! Great collab!
The build up is so beautifully spare but heavy. Feels like the intro of a space opera movie or video game, or maybe the intro track of an epic metal album. Because the heavy stuff never quite takes off, it feels like a tantalizing intro snippet. Delicious!
Goodness me, this is BIG. And lush. And actually kinda scary in that "don't think too hard about how big the universe is or it'll give you the most awful existential worry" way. Ooo, and then it just KICKS OFF! YES!
