Lyrics

Your words are a mirror Reflecting back at me I look at what you're saying And every time I get caught Drowning in your thoughts

Your words fill my head I can't hear myself think You're so much louder And that's where I'm getting lost Drowning in your thoughts

I wasted too much time on what you think Let me be easy on me

Your words are your words I don't need to keep them I can start changing my mind And it's time for me to stop Drowning in your thoughts

The premise of clearing out the noise is cleverly delivered with the uncluttered one-take. That's neatly devised and the intent comes across really well in the bold playing and purposeful vocals.

p.s. and a nice find with the Prelinger shots 👍
