#protest #satire #sinister So this was my attempt to share feelings about somebody who remains nameless. it could apply to 1 or 2 people in power at the moment. This one features a sinister whispering in the refrain. Its a departure for Tsp to put out an angry protest song... but why not?

When I look at you I see You’re like a vigilante You take everything that you need You don’t ask or ever say please Vigilante You always stand out in the crowd Your always up there and talkin loud if people get in your way You just push them all away
You take the law into your hands with no regard for your fellow man You only ask what’s in it for you that’s the only thing you’ll do
Vigilante You think you are above the law you think you’re a man without flaw Someday their gonna bring you down everyone knows you’re just a clown
You’re a liar and a thief and you got a lot of beefs you never let the facts get in the way of how you act
Vigilante You’re a narcissist its clear you re never far from the mirror you like everyone to think That you’re Breath doesn’t even stink
You’re only in it for yourself everyone else can go to hell you got generational wealth don’t give a damn bout anyone else

I like the riff/lick, I can hear it with an overdriven guitar paired with a synth. The whispered lyric is a nice touch too - enjoyed the lyrics. It’s always good to experiment with things you wouldn’t normally do!
